Our board members serve one-year terms, meaning we need new board members every year. The board is split up in the Directive Board (President, Treasurer, Secretary) and the Executive Board (International Officer, Editor in Chief, Director of Communication). All positions give you the chance to experience work in a dynamic, international think tank. As the EST is a student-led organization, we only offer volunteer-based positions.

Equal Opportunities:

The EST Board has an equal policy representation for members of our organization, with 50% women and 50% men in our Board and International Office. The EST Board of 2016 has committed to the progressive implementation of equality quotas in our organization.

After interviewing the best candidates, new board members will be selected between July and August, and will then go through a brief transition period. All positions are open to undergraduate and postgraduate European students with a good command of English.
